College Suites at Hudson Valley provides a stable, all-inclusive monthly installment payment plan for residents that can easily be paid online. Students also enjoy free amenities such as access to our 24-hour fitness center, laundry room, internet, cable, and all utilities.

Our lease terms begin at the begin in August and end in July, and can be extended pending availability. Students may apply for housing at any time, but we encourage you to apply now to reserve your preferred apartment style while it is available.

Students may also be eligible for financial aid to help pay for their apartments. The first step of determining eligibility is to complete and submit your FAFSA form as soon as possible.
